Ceremonies inside the park need a Special Use Permit from the National Park Service. Apply as early as you can, since processing can take several weeks. I'll point you to the application and help you choose a spot that fits your group.
Late July to early October is the most reliable window. Wildflowers usually peak from mid July to early August, and fall color arrives in late September. Mountain weather changes fast, so bring layers and keep a backup plan.
Paradise and Sunrise are the classic areas, with meadow trails and wide views of the mountain. Some viewpoints limit group size, so we'll pick one that fits your guests, and film at sunrise or golden hour for the softest light.
Paradise is about two to two and a half hours from Seattle. Plan it as a full day, and I'll build a relaxed timeline with room for the drive, the light and anything unexpected.
